Counselling is essentially a transformational therapeutic process that allows a person to find a way to move through and understand their thoughts and feelings which can result in a shift in seeing things differently.
I am here to listen to you on a deeper level and help you find more peace, stability & clarity.

- I can help you understand how previous experiences may have contributed to unhelpful thought patterns and habitual ways.
- Together we can identify any areas that you wish to change so that you can make positive life choices
- I can support you whilst you discover fresh ideas and perspectives more in alignment with your values
- You can then start to be and do more of what you love that expands your sense of possibility and increases your level of wellbeing

I am an integrative therapist which means I use a range of approaches, based on your unique needs, that includes person-centred talking counselling, nature-based walk and talk therapy, creative arts, mindfulness relaxation techniques and soul-centred coaching.
The Initial Session
The initial session is where we can discuss your overall needs and I can see whether I can help you. You can also get a feel if I am the right therapist for you. If I think that another type of therapy/therapist could be more suitable, I may be able to refer you to someone else.
